Optimas Paver Filling Machine

The Optimas Paver Filling Machine uses two overlapping, rotating brushes to massage jointing material deeply and evenly into the paver joints, ensuring complete filling and long-lasting stability. Its compact dimensions make it ideal for smaller paved areas such as terraces, garden paths and driveways.

The machine can operate dry or with a controlled water supply through a hose connection directly on the unit. A folding guide grip allows easy transport, even by car, while the independent drive system ensures the operator needs very little force to move it across the surface.

Automatic chain tensioning keeps maintenance requirements low and contributes to a longer service life of the paved surface. When used as a sweeper, the machine removes loose sand and remaining jointing material from the surface. It is also suitable for refilling joints with sand or stone chips after initial compaction.
